However, despite the emergence of projects and experiments on the subject, there is no real common vision on a European scale (beyond the more classic and quantified vision of evaluation).<\/p>\n<p>Seven organisations, most of them members of RIPESS Europe (European network of solidarity economy), wanted to work on <strong>the co-construction of a shared vision<\/strong>, by pooling their experiences and lessons learned on the subject. This is how <em><strong>the DEVISUS project (Development of an Ecosystem for Valuing Social Impact and Social Utility)<\/strong><\/em> came into being, financed under the ERASMUS + programme &#8220;Simplified Adult Education Partnerships&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Through a series of exchanges of practices, knowledge, experiences, skills and resources, the project aims to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>build a shared culture between partners<\/strong>, in order to develop benchmarks and guidelines that can be disseminated throughout Europe ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>improve the skills of teachers and trainers<\/strong> working in the field of SSE<\/li>\n<li><strong>strengthen alliances within SSE between different networks<\/strong> to promote the expertise of SSE networks on the issue of social impact and social utility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The construction of this common corpus should allow, at the end of the project, to prefigure a second project, on the elaboration and dissemination of training courses on social impact\/utility assessment across Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The partnership\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nThis project brings together 7 partners:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-mes.org\/\">Mouvement pour l&#8217;\u00e9conomie solidaire, administrative leader<\/a> (France)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adepes.org\/EN-2018-ADEPES-DEVIENT-MOUVEMENT-POUR-L-ECONOMIE-SOLIDAIRE-OCCITANIE.html\">ADEPES-Mouvement pour l&#8217;\u00e9conomie solidaire Occitanie<\/a> (France)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/apes-hdf.org\/\">Apes-Acteurs pour une Economie Solidaire<\/a> \u00a0(France)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/economiasolidale.net\/\">RIES-Rete Italiana per l&#8217;Economia Solidale<\/a> (Italy)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.unipso.be\/\">UNIPSO<\/a> (Belgium)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/concertes.be\/\">Concertes<\/a>(Belgium)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ripess.eu\/fr\/\">RIPESS Europe<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>and 2 support organisations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iec.marsnet.org\/\">Initiative Europe Conseil,<\/a> to accompany the monitoring of the project and the global evaluation process.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lllplatform.eu\/\">Lifelong Learning Platform<\/a>, to support the dissemination of the products, deliverables and results of the project .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project timeline\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nThe project runs from April 2022 to October 2023, and is built on 5 axes, leading to 5 meeting times between partners:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>April 2022 in Paris<\/em>: overall organisation of the consortium and definition of the overall schedule, deliverables, etc. ;<br \/>\n&#8211; <em>September 2022 in Lille<\/em>: work on a common culture, sharing of experiences of the different partners, interventions of researchers ;<br \/>\n&#8211; <em>October 2022 in Rome:<\/em> work on the skills and know-how needed to accompany social impact assessment ;<br \/>\n&#8211; <em>February 2023 in Namur<\/em>: development of a training framework for the profession of accompanier ;<br \/>\n&#8211; <em>May 2023 in Brussels<\/em>: dissemination of results and closure of the project .<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-32303\" src=\"https:\/\/ripess.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/09\/DEVISUS.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"496\" height=\"101\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Article by DEVISUS Context and objectives of the project\u00a0 For many years now, the issue of social impact\/utility assessment has been a key issue in the social economy.
