The subject is vast but in a few words, it is an organizational method that allows people to work cooperatively on the basis of the so-called &#8220;collective intelligence&#8221;.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The principle of equivalence is essential, it implies that every person in the organization, regardless of their status, can bring &#8220;his\/her voice&#8221;. \u00a0The notion of consent allows to make decisions that &#8220;respect the limitations of those who will have to live with them&#8221;, as the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/diffusion.enercoop.org\/lists\/lt.php?id=eE4EAwsMRAMLAhoLDA8DUg\">Universit\u00e9 du Nous<\/a><\/strong> explains.
